One of Stan's success stories began in his early teens. As a young boy from a small country town, Stan found himself struggling in a big city secondary school. His grades fell every quarter and by the second year of school his education was in serious trouble. It was in this very trying time that Stan made a decision to turn things around. He made a promise to himself that he would raise his grade total by a minimum of two points each quarter. He kept his promise, and upon graduating from university with a Master of Science (Metallurgy) degree, he received a gold medal for his final thesis in a national competition.

Shortly after graduating from university, Stan began working for one of the biggest steel corporations in Poland, which at the time had 30,000 employees nationwide. At the age of 38, he was selected as the adviser to the company's CEO.

Stan's greatest passions include reading, personal development and working with youth, which Stan was able to combine by working part-time as a teacher to college and university students.

Stan remained in the steel industry upon migrating to Australia, but within a few short years he bagan investing in real estate, which paved his way to financial freedom.

For as long as he can recall, Stan has always given advice to his large circle of friends, and even strangers, on all areas of life. "Bringing people happiness is the biggest driving force in my life", he always says, "it's my biggest passion".
